A: Listen daily for the city shout-outs at the top of each hour 9AM-5PM, then text it back to us or enter the contest online for a chance at amazing prizes.
Q: What is an On-Air Contest? How do I participate?
A: On-air contests happen during live broadcasts. Listen closely and follow instructions to enter.
Q: How long do I have to text the city shoutout in each hour?
A: The city shoutouts expire at the :59 mark of the hour in which it was given.
Q: What if I don’t receive a bounce back message for my entry?
A: A couple things can cause an error with the bounce back message. Please check you have spelled the city correctly. If you have spelled the city correctly you can text 801-493-8639 and we can check your entry. Sometimes the carriers are just delayed in sending the bounce backs and you will receive it later in the day.
Q: How many times can I submit a keyword each hour?
A: Each hour you can enter the keyword 1 time.
